Mission & Vision

With a mission centered on the betterment of impoverished and marginalized sections of society, particularly women and girls, the Women Welfare Foundation focuses on their socio-economic empowerment, healthcare, education, and cultural upliftment. Over the years, the organization has spearheaded numerous initiatives aligning with its objectives. These include skill and vocational training programs, handicraft development, promotion of agriculture, formation and strengthening of women Self-Help Groups (SHGs), AYUSH promotion, welfare activities for minority communities and differently-abled persons, cultural events, education and health care promotion, water and sanitation projects, legal rights awareness, and women empowerment programs.

Additionally, the organization has been actively involved in advocacy and awareness campaigns on critical issues such as tobacco control, drug de-addiction, Urdu promotion, and road safety. The implementation of health camps to address primary healthcare needs further underscores its commitment to holistic community development.

With its extensive experience and multifaceted approach to social welfare, the Women Welfare Foundation is well-equipped to execute the Women Empowerment Awareness Camps effectively. Its proven track record of impactful interventions demonstrates its dedication to fostering positive change and empowerment within the communities it serves.


Vision & Objectives

Keeping in view our aforesaid mission, we aspire to work with following vision and objectives:
• Integrated development of children coupled with moral values and human ethics
• Empowerment of women for their participatory role in developmental activities and decision-making process
• To provide skilled and employable vocational trainings for generating sources of income and livelihood.
• Promoting innovative means of agriculture for improving agro yields and consequent returns.
• To implement various schemes initiated by the Central and State Governments meant for the benefit of BPL families, Scheduled Caste, Tribes and Other Backward Communities.
• Promoting horticulture and forestry.
• To implement schemes initiated by Social Welfare Boards.
• To implement programs for protection, prevention and care against HIV/AIDS infection.
• IEC activities through Awareness Programs/Campaigns, to promote issues of extreme social and public importance, such as: De-addiction, Health, sanitation and personal hygiene, Environment, Minimizing child labour and child marriage practices, Road safety campaigns, Protection of wild life, Consumer awareness, Prevention of atrocities against women, Gender equity and Maintaining unity in diversity
• Integrated socio-economic development for improving the quality of life of families living below the poverty line;
• Caring for neglected senior citizens, physically disabled and other deprived sections of society.
• Implement programs aiming for conservation of water and watershed management in rural areas.
• Implementation of projects for development of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Poultry Farms etc.
• Promoting sports and cultural activities, including tribal heritage.
